Common components:
1.Upright frame (also called upright columns or uprights) vary in size and design depending on load requirements, and styles. The most common upright column is produced by roll forming flat coil stock steel into a modified "C" shape with returns. This style is often referred to as open-back roll formed columns. Holes or slots are punched during manufacturing up and down the column at standard intervals so that the load beams can be mounted into the upright columns. Upright frames can also be constructed utilizing structural C shapes for columns. Structural uprights have an increased weight capacity over roll formed uprights.
Section size of upright include: 80*60mm, 90*70mm, 100*70mm, 120*75mm
2.Beam consist of hollow profiles with beam end connectors welded to each end to connect with the uprights. Beam end connectors are available with 3 or 4 pins. Beams have an electrostatic epoxy powder coat (standard finish orange RAL 2004). Safety pins are also available to prevent the beams from unhooking.
3.Beam connector:
According to section size of beam, 3 or 4 holes hook can be chose to satisfy different capacity needs. Safety lock has been collocated on the connection, locking the beams firmly. During the operation, due to the beam impacting by forklift, as long as safety lock does not popup, the beam would be still stuck on the upright. So security risks could be avoided.
